Ingredients
- 500 gms all-purpose flour 2 cups
- 250 ml water lukewarm, 1 cup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 gms active dry yeast 2/3 tsp
- 20 gms butter melted, 1 ½ tbsp
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus more for brushing
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp durum wheat flour
Notes
- These grissini can be left out on the kitchen counter and remain crunchy for a few days.
