Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces Brussel sprouts
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large skillet and heat to medium-high. Place the ground beef in the center of the skillet to allow it to brown for 2 minutes before flipping it to the other side and browning another 2 minutes.
- Chop up the beef using a spatula, then stir it into the vegetables.
- Turn the heat down to medium, cover the skillet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the vegetables have reached your preferred level of done-ness.
- Taste for flavor and add sea salt to taste.
