Ground Beef Enchiladas
Ground Beef Enchiladas combine seasoned ground beef and optional pinto beans with a rich enchilada sauce and melted Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, all rolled in corn tortillas. The beef filling simmers until thick and flavorful, then is rolled in soft tortillas topped with sauce and cheese before baking.
