Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion chopped, small
- 2-3 garlic minced, cloves
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup beef broth low sodium
- 2 cans mixed vegetables drained, (15oz each)
- 8 Biscuits quartered, canned
- ½ teaspoon thyme optional, dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large oven-going skillet brown ground beef with onion and garlic until no longer pink. Drain grease if needed.
