Ingredients
- 4 large ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup tomato diced
- 1 Jalapeño chopped
- 1½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Mix in finely chopped onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and diced tomato. Add lime juice and mix everything together.
- Season with salt to taste and mix everything together until well combined.
