Guacamole Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently toss all the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately.
