Ingredients

  • 23 ounces guava nectar very cold, I used 2 cans Kern's brand

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. For best results, start with chilled guava nectar. When the nectar is cold, simply plug in your ice cream machine and turn it on. Pour the juice in and let the machine do its thing. Mine takes less than 20 minutes.
  2. Spoon the sorbet into a chilled loaf pan or other container and put in the freezer until ready to serve.
