Gyoza Sauce combines rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey to create a balanced dipping sauce with salty, tangy, sweet, and aromatic notes. Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar 60ml
  • ¼ cup soy sauce 60ml
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon dried red chili flakes (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk well to combine.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
