Ingredients
Halloumi Cheese
- 1 lb halloumi cheese cut up into fries / strips
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons zaatar spice blend
- 1 cup olive oil Mina Moroccan Olive Oil
Harissa Yogurt Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tabelspoons fresh herbs minced parslet, oregano and mint
- 1 tablespoon harissa sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
