Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz. popped popcorn
  • 1 ½ cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 10 oz. dark chocolate flavored melts
  • ½ cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 2 ½ cups caramel corn
  • 2 cups Mummy Pretzels

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Find a sheet pan with a rim. Set it aside. Grab your ingredients, too.
  2. Pour the popcorn onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Add the peanuts, sprinkling on top in an even layer.
  4. Melt the chocolate wafers. Do this in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 60 seconds. Stir to test if all the wafers have melted. Reheat for another 15-second increment if the chocolate has not completely melted.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate onto the popcorn mixture.
  6. Toss to coat, stirring with a spoon or a rubber spatula to distribute the chocolate evenly. Work quickly because the chocolate sets fast.
  7. Sprinkle the Halloween sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate. This will ensure they don’t fall off!
  8. Let it set for at least 15-30 minutes.
  9. Break up any large chunks of the popcorn mix with your hands.
  10. Sprinkle on the caramel corn and the Mummy Pretzels. Stir to combine.
  11. Serve, and enjoy!
