Ingredients
- 1 /2 pound ham diced
- 3 talks celery diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 cups water or more if needed
- 1 pound green cabbage chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the ham into small cubes, and then place them into a slow cooker.
- Add the celery, onions, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Pour in the water and cover the slow cooker with the lid.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, add the cabbage and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional hour. Serve and enjoy!
