Ham and Cheese Breakfast Croissant

Buttery, warm croissants filled with a combination of melty cheeses and thinly sliced ham make these easy-to-make croissant sandwiches perfect any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 6 lices deli ham, sliced thin
  • 6 lices Swiss cheese
  • 6 lices gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated for top

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice a slit in the middle of the croissants with enough room to add the cheese and ham.
  3. Stuff the croissant with a slice of ham and a slice of both Gruyere and Swiss cheese. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Melt the butter in a small bowl and then brush the tops of each croissant with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each croissant.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the croissants are toasted and flaky.
