Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust unbaked
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
  • 4 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Gently place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate with shallow sides, crimping the edges for a decorative touch. Prebake the crust for 10 to 12 minutes, until it's just starting to turn golden.
  3. Mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. After the crust has cooled for a few minutes, evenly distribute the ham and mixed cheeses across the bottom of the crust.
  4. Whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Carefully pour this mixture over the ham and cheeses in the crust, taking care not to overfill.
  5. Bake the quiche for 45 to 50 minutes. It's done when you can insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean. The quiche should be set and the top lightly browned.
  6. Let the quiche rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
