Ham and Cheese Sliders

Delicious ham and cheese sliders topped with a flavorful butter sauce. Use deli meat of leftover holiday ham with your favorite cheese. Perfect light family meal or sandwich to serve a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ham slices
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 12 lices Provolone Muenster or Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Split dinner rolls
  3. In a bowl combine, 6 tablespoons melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder, and dried parsley.
  4. Cut the rolls in half separating the top and bottom. 
  5. Brush with the inside of the rolls about 2 tablespoons of the butter sauce.
  6. Place the bottom in a baking pan.
  7. Assemble sandwiches by layering the ham and cheese between the rolls.
  8. Brush on remaining butter sauce.
  9. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly browned. Serve warm.
