Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and cheese sliders are a delicious crowd-pleaser sandwich that is perfect for game day appetizers and entertaining. Made with layers of warm ham and melty cheese inside a soft roll, make this one mouthwatering dish everyone will agree on!

Ingredients

  • 1 package sweet rolls or regular rolls
  • 6 lices Provolone cheese or swiss or your favorite
  • 6 lices ham thick cut, 12 slices thin cut
  • ⅓ cup mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried or fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Slice the package of sliders in half lengthwise. 
  3. Place the bottom half of the sweet rolls on a sheet tray or in a glass baking dish. 
  4. Combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sage, honey, salt, and pepper. 
  5. Spread the sauce evenly on the top and bottom half (cut side) of the sweet rolls. 
  6. Lay down the slices of ham evenly on the bottom half of the sweet rolls. 
  7. Lay down the slices of cheese evenly on top of the ham. 
  8. Place the top of the sweet rolls on. 
  9. Combine melted butter and parsley and brush over the top of the sweet rolls. 
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
