Ham Steak

Ham Steak is a straightforward cooked ham portion quickly pan-seared in butter, optionally glazed with a simple sauce of brown sugar and fresh orange juice. The process highlights the ham's inherent savory and slightly sweet flavors, creating a caramelized surface and warming the meat through. This method suits busy cooks wanting a hearty protein with minimal ingredients and effort.
