Ingredients
- ½ pound baked ham cut into ½-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- ¼ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 4 lices white sandwich bread
- 4 lices wheat sandwich bread
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, puree ham, mango chutney, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and freshly ground black pepper until mixture is almost smooth. Transfer the ham spread to a bowl and stir in chopped pecans and green onions.
- Using 2 slices of white and 2 pieces of wheat sandwich bread, spread ¼ cup of the ham mixture on each slice. Cover with additional pieces of bread to form sandwiches. Cut the crusts off the sandwiches and cut each diagonally into 4 triangles. Serve.
