Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Gather all the spices and measure them.
  2. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a small bowl.
  3. Stir the spices until they are well combined.
  4. Use the seasoning mix right away or place it in an airtight container and keep it in a cool, dry place.
