Hawaiian Pizza
The ultimate Hawaiian Pizza - this delicious pizza is stacked with ham, bacon, pineapple, and tons of cheese. This one is for the sweet and salty lovers!

Ingredients
- 3-4 lices thick cut bacon
- 3 oz cubed or sliced cooked ham
- 1 pound pizza dough*
- 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3-4 oz fresh pineapple cubed (canned can be substituted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat for 30 minutes.
- Slice the bacon into small pieces and add to a hot skillet. Cook until crispy, then remove to a paper towel lined plate with a slotted spoon. Remove all but about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease from the pan.
- To the hot pan, add the ham. Cook, turning as needed, until browned and heated through.
- Roll or stretch the dough into a large circle, about 12-inches in diameter. Spread the pizza sauce over dough.
- Add the cheese to the top of the pizza, followed by the cooked bacon and ham. Sprinkle on the pineapple.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Let the pizza cool fro a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
- *I like a thinner crust, so I use about 3/4 pound of pizza dough.

- If using canned pineapple, you will want to drain it well and pat the pineapple dry since it tends to be quite wet.
