Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs , bone in and skin on
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger , minced
- 1/2 yellow onion , minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl (or large Ziplock) and let marinate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake in a baking pan for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through (to 165 degrees).
