Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken
Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken uses boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in a mix of tamari or soy sauce, brown sugar, and spices including ginger, garlic, oregano, cayenne, and crushed red pepper. The marinade infuses the chicken with a balance of sweet, savory, and mildly spicy flavors. Cooking in a skillet or grill pan develops a browned exterior with juicy, tender meat inside.
