Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
  • 2 coops protein powder about 4 Tablespoons, vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk

Instructions
