Healthy Baked Bananas (2 Ways!)
These warm and gooey baked bananas are such a simple and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth without any added sugar! We're showing you two ways to make these simple treats - on is great as a beautiful dessert, and the other is perfect for on the go (camping dessert recipe anyone?)

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp almond butter optional
- 1 Tbsp honey optional
Instructions
Option 1: Halved Bananas
- Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). With the peel still on, cut each banana in half, lengthwise. Sprinkle with cinnamon and optional stuff slather with almond butter and/or honey.
- Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until banana is tender. Allow to cool slightly before digging in! Serve warm, optionally topped with yogurt or whipped cream.

Option 2: Stuffed Bananas
- Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). With peel still on, slice halfway through the banana, lengthwise. Use your finger to widen the pocket, then sprinkle with cinnamon and optional stuff with almond butter and/or honey.
- Bake: Wrap with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until banana is tender. Allow to cool slightly before digging in!
