  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter (cooled)
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.  Stir in the egg, maple syrup, plain greek yogurt, vanilla extract and melted butter.

  6. Check the bread at the 35 minute mark and carefully tent the bread with foil if the top of the bread starts to brown too quickly.
  7. Place the pan on a wire rack and let it cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan.
  8. Carefully remove the bread from the pan and cool completely on the wire rack.
  9. Then the bread is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
