Ingredients
- 2 bananas sliced and frozen
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt low-fat, vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- 4 vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey prefer raw honey if available
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ice heaping cup, adjust for consistency
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the body of a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve at once!
