Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bread - this delicious bread is made in the blender without flour or refined sugar. Enjoy a slice for breakfast or as a snack. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups oatmeal
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 packets stevia (I used Truvia you may also use honey or agave syrup)
  • 1-2 Teaspoons cinnamon add more or less
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts chopped (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place ALL ingredients (minus walnuts) in a blender or in a food processor until it creates a batter. Add the walnuts
  3. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
  4. Pour batter inside the loaf pan
  5. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
  6. Remove from oven and cool
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

  • The loaf tastes better when eaten warm
