Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bread

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bread - this delicious bread is made in the blender without flour or refined sugar. Enjoy a slice for breakfast or as a snack. Yum!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups oatmeal
- 2 bananas ripe
- 2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 4 packets stevia (I used Truvia you may also use honey or agave syrup)
- 1-2 Teaspoons cinnamon add more or less
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 Cup water
- pinch salt
- 1/2 Cup walnuts chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Place ALL ingredients (minus walnuts) in a blender or in a food processor until it creates a batter. Add the walnuts
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
- Pour batter inside the loaf pan
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
- Remove from oven and cool
- Enjoy!
Notes
- The loaf tastes better when eaten warm
