Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
- 1 ½ cup coconut water
- 2 Medjool dates pitted and soaked
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
