  • 1 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted and soaked
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
