Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sliced or chopped almonds
  • 1-1.5 cups diced apples
  • 3-4 tbsp Cashew cream depends on how creamy you want the salad
  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine your shredded chicken, almonds, apples and mix together.
  2. In a smaller bowl, combine the cashew cream with mustard powder and whisk together.
  3. Stir everything together until it is completely combined.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge – serve chilled.
