Ingredients
- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Popcorn maker
- Place popcorn kernels in the popcorn maker.
- In the melting dish atop the maker, add vegan butter and ground cinnamon.
- Let the popcorn pop and the butter melt and blend with the cinnamon.
- Once done, transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, pour the cinnamon butter mixture over, and give it a good shake to distribute the flavors evenly.
- Sprinkle in the sea salt, toss again, and serve hot.
Stovetop
- In a large pot with a lid, heat a bit of vegan butter over medium heat.
- Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
- Shake the pot occasionally to prevent kernels from burning.
- In a separate bowl, melt vegan butter and mix with ground cinnamon.
- Once the popcorn has popped, transfer to a large bowl, pour the cinnamon butter mixture over, and shake well to coat evenly.
