Ingredients

  • 1 egg - room temperature
  • 3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/4 cup extra light olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add egg, yellow mustard, honey, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to a blender
  2. Blend on high untilfully combined
  3. With the blender running on low-medium speed, pour the oil into the blender in a slow steady stream
  4. Increase the speed of the blender as your pour the oil in
  5. Blend until the sauce is thick and creamy and the oil is fully incorporated
  6. Pour sauce into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week
