Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Kefir I use goat milk kefir, plain whole milk
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk I use coconut milk, of choice
  • 1 banana large, ripe
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 leaves kale chopped
  • 1 teaspoons ginger peeled and grated, fresh
Optional Add-ins:
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 leaves mint fresh
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder green tea

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste for flavor, and add a small amount of honey if desired.
