Ingredients
- ¾ cup Kefir I use goat milk kefir, plain whole milk
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk I use coconut milk, of choice
- 1 banana large, ripe
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 leaves kale chopped
- 1 teaspoons ginger peeled and grated, fresh
Optional Add-ins:
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 leaves mint fresh
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder green tea
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste for flavor, and add a small amount of honey if desired.
