Use your Thanksgiving/Christmas leftovers to make this delicious, healthy turkey Caesar wrap. The no-egg Caesar dressing adds new life to leftover roast turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 cup caesar dressing
- 2 cups leftover roast turkey/roast chicken shredded
- 2 large wraps/tortillas
- lettuce
- avocado
- cucumber
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the Caesar dressing with the shredded turkey/chicken.
- Season to taste.
- Heat the wraps/tortillas to make them more pliable (I just do this in a warm pan) then add the lettuce, turkey/chicken and vegetables.
- Tuck in the sides and roll into a tight wrap.
- Slice in half and serve.
