Ingredients

  • 16 ounces peaches do not defrost, frozen
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
  • 3 tablespoons honey adjust amount to taste, or agave or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a large food processor.
  2. Blend, scraping down the sides occasionally, until it forms a creamy, smooth mixture. This will take about 3-5 minutes.
  3. At this point you can serve the frozen yogurt and it will have the texture of soft serve. For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a freezer container and freeze for a couple of hours before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of honey or sweetener to suit your taste and the tartness of the yogurt and fruit.
  • If using plain yogurt instead of vanilla, you may want to add more sweetener for balance.
  • The recipe can be made with other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, mango, or pineapple for variation.
  • You can stir in mix-ins such as nuts, coconut, peanut butter, or chocolate chips to add texture and flavor.
  • Honey should not be given to babies under 1 year old; consider alternatives like agave or maple syrup.
