Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

These are a great no-bake treat to keep in the fridge for warm days. Peanut butter is delicious and filling.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 /2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 /2 cup honey
  • 3/4 /4 cup nonfat powdered milk
  • 3/4 /4 cup quick-cooking oats see Note

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Using your hands, roll the dough into balls about the size of large gumballs. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and refrigerate until set. Makes about 18 balls.
