Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups silk almond milk
  • 2 large dates, pits removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, frozen
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses. Serve at once.
