- 1 1/4 cups silk almond milk
- 2 large dates, pits removed and roughly chopped
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses. Serve at once.
