Ingredients
- 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese softened
- 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt (227g)
- 1 (16oz) can refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese (84g)
- sliced green onions to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add cream cheese to a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Add yogurt, refried beans and the taco seasoning mix and beat until combined. Then stir in the salsa.
- Transfer to the prepared dish and sprinkle evenly with the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end if desired.
- Garnish with sliced green onions (or toppings of choice) and serve warm with tortilla chips.
