Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen spinach
- ¾ cup milk regular or dairy free
- 1 drop peppermint extract
- 1 coop protein powder
- dark chocolate chips optional topping
Instructions
- First, add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Pour the shake into a glass. Top with chocolate chips if desired.
