Healthy Strawberry Gummies (made with real fruit)

A sweet bite-sized treat, these Fruit Juice Gummy Bears are better than anything you can buy in a store!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
  • .5 oz unflavored gelatin 2 typical .25oz packets
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add diced strawberries to blender with lemon juice and honey. Blend well so that there are no lumps.
  2. Pour juice through a mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  3. Add juice to a saucepan over medium heat and add the gelatin. Whisk as you bring the juice to a slow boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.
  4. Fill gummy bear molds with juice.
  5. Place molds in the fridge for 20 minutes, until gummy bears are fully set.
