A sweet bite-sized treat, these Fruit Juice Gummy Bears are better than anything you can buy in a store!

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
- .5 oz unflavored gelatin 2 typical .25oz packets
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Add diced strawberries to blender with lemon juice and honey. Blend well so that there are no lumps.
- Pour juice through a mesh strainer to remove seeds.
- Add juice to a saucepan over medium heat and add the gelatin. Whisk as you bring the juice to a slow boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.
- Fill gummy bear molds with juice.
- Place molds in the fridge for 20 minutes, until gummy bears are fully set.
