Healthy Strawberry Milkshake

Healthy strawberry milkshake recipe that's made with fresh real strawberries is extra tasty. With a small trick, you don't even need ice cream for this healthy strawberry milkshake that is creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup milk I used non-fat

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for at least an hour. 
  2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until strawberries are broken and the milkshake is frothy and thick.
  3. Enjoy your healthy strawberry milkshake!

Notes

  • You can freeze the bananas overnight as well. I usually freeze a batch of bananas and use them during the week.
