- 1 banana cut into pieces
- 10 strawberries
- 1 cup milk I used non-fat

Instructions
- Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for at least an hour.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until strawberries are broken and the milkshake is frothy and thick.
- Enjoy your healthy strawberry milkshake!
Notes
- You can freeze the bananas overnight as well. I usually freeze a batch of bananas and use them during the week.
