  • 1 cup milk any
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein optional
  • Toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, strawberry slices, shredded coconut, and seeds.

  1. Place all ingredients inside your blender in the order listed and blend until smooth, pausing a few times to stir the mixture if necessary.
