Ingredients

  • 2 Cups frozen strawberries, halved (220g)
  • 2 Cups Frozen watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes (214g)
  • 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup avocado (about 1/2 a large) 60g
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 3 Tbsp fresh mint, packed
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or agave)
  • 3/4 - 1 tsp ground turmeric, to taste
  • pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. *
  2. SLURP UP!

Notes

  • *This is a super thick smoothie so your blender may have some trouble at first. Just top it regularly and scrape down the sides until it gets going
