Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe
This healthy tuna salad recipe is easy to make and so good. This chunky vegetable tuna salad is the most delicious veggie tuna salad ever!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (6 oz) tuna drained
- 2 talks celery stalks, diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 orange bell pepper diced
- 1 cup radish diced
- 2 talks green onion diced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard or yellow or spicy mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- Prepare and chop or dice all of your vegetables.
- Add celery, red onion, orange pepper, radish, and green onion to bowl with tuna.
- Add greek yogurt, mustard and mayo. Stir until blended.
- Add dill and sea salt.
- Stir until incorporated. Taste to see if more seasoning is desired.
- Add tuna to butter lettuce, on a bed of lettuce or between bread and enjoy every bite!
