Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe

This healthy tuna salad recipe is easy to make and so good. This chunky vegetable tuna salad is the most delicious veggie tuna salad ever!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cans (6 oz) tuna drained
  • 2 talks celery stalks, diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup radish diced
  • 2 talks green onion diced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard or yellow or spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Prepare and chop or dice all of your vegetables.
  3. Add celery, red onion, orange pepper, radish, and green onion to bowl with tuna.
  4. Add greek yogurt, mustard and mayo. Stir until blended.
  5. Add dill and sea salt.
  6. Stir until incorporated. Taste to see if more seasoning is desired.
  7. Add tuna to butter lettuce, on a bed of lettuce or between bread and enjoy every bite!
