Ingredients

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes (any variety – sliced)
  • 2 medium cucumbers (sliced)
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
