Herb Aioli

Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-delicious, my herb aioli is the perfect addition to so many dishes. Whether you're spreading it on a sandwich or using it as a dipping sauce, this flavor-packed lemon herb aioli is sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chives see note
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • 3 tablspoons lemon juice about ½ a lemon, see note
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Whisk together well.

Notes

  • Fresh herbs are best in this recipe, but if you only have dried herbs you can substitute the amounts straight across. 
  • If you like a more mild lemon flavor, start with 2 tablespoons and taste it before adding more.
